Me Sabrina MARTIN
Founding Partner
Maître Sabrina MARTIN holds a degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Strasbourg. Before founding the law firm MARTIN-CONDROTTE Avocats à la Cour alongside Maître Aline CONDROTTE, Me MARTIN was a Partner at the international law firm Loyens & Loeff in Luxembourg, particularly within the Litigation and Risk Management department (ranked by Legal500 / Employment category). Maître MARTIN led the team handling labour law matters as well as social law aspects, focusing on international litigation, contract law, personal data protection, and information and new technologies law. She has over 28 years of experience advising clients in complex and multi-jurisdictional litigation. She also advises and assists her clients in dispute resolution, employment law, real estate and construction law, with a particular focus on start-ups and legal issues related to new technologies. In 2017, Sabrina MARTIN developed the first Legal Tech in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (online legal advice platform www.mlonline.lu) to meet the needs of start-ups and foster innovation. She was a member of the Bar Council of the Luxembourg Bar from September 2020 to September 2024 and is currently an expert for the Luxembourg Bar within the IT Law Committee of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), as well as a member of the Luxembourg Institute for Standardisation, Accreditation, Safety and Quality of Products and Services (ILNAS) in the AI committee.
Me Aline CONDROTTE

Maître Aline CONDROTTE is a lawyer at the Court, holding a Master’s degree in European Law and an LL.M. in European and International Tax Law, both obtained from the University of Luxembourg. She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar. She joined the law firm Étude Roy NATHAN in 2016 before managing the firm NATHAN & CONDROTTE from 2018 until September 2024. She also worked for several years in the tax and corporate law department of a renowned Luxembourg business law firm, before fully dedicating herself to business litigation. Her experience in business law has equipped her with strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation as well as corporate law. Her areas of specialization include: civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, tax litigation, and real estate and construction law. Maître Aline CONDROTTE is also a sworn expert, corporate conciliator, and court-appointed representative at the Court of Appeal. She acts as a court representative or advisor for companies in financial difficulty. She was a member of the Luxembourg Bar Council from September 2020 to September 2024. She serves as the Luxembourg Bar’s representative at the European Observatory of Bars and is a member of the Bar’s social affairs committee. She is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association (LILLA).
Me Serkan SERBEST

Maître Serkan SERBEST is a lawyer at the Court. Before joining MARTIN CONDROTTE, Maître Serkan SERBEST was a partner at a Luxembourg law firm. He holds a Master II in Public Business Law from the University of Strasbourg, as well as a Master II in Economic Law and Regulation in Europe from Sciences Po. He also completed several internships abroad, notably at the European Court of Human Rights. He specializes in real estate law, labour law, and commercial law. He advises a national and international clientele, both in advisory matters and litigation, always striving to find pragmatic and effective solutions. His entrepreneurial mindset allows him to understand the expectations of business owners and to provide tailored legal solutions. Before fully committing to the legal profession, he managed a construction company for several years. Maître Serkan SERBEST is fluent in French, English, and Turkish.
Me Mamadou Bobo BALDE

Maître Mamadou Bobo BALDE has been practicing as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar since 2023. He previously worked as a litigation lawyer at the firm Nathan & Condrotte. Maître BALDE holds a Master 1 in Business Law, a Master 2 in European Business Law, and a university diploma in Intellectual Property Law. Thanks to his diverse experience — notably at Isard Avocats-Conseil in Metz, the Registry of the Commercial Court of Nancy, and the firm Nathan & Condrotte in Luxembourg — Maître BALDE handles a wide range of litigation matters. Maître BOURNONVILLE has been practicing as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar since 2023 and worked as an Associate in the “Litigation and Risk Management” department of the law firm Loyens & Loeff, under the direction of Maître Sabrina Martin. Passionate about European issues, Maître BOURNONVILLE holds an LLM in european business law from the Europa-Institut in Saarbrücken, as well as a Master 2 in comparative law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. He also holds a dual degree in Franco-German law awarded by the University of Strasbourg in partnership with the Universität des Saarlandes. Before becoming a lawyer, he has worked as a lawyer-linguist at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Maître BOURNONVILLE handles a wide range of litigation related matters, including employment, civil, commercial and criminal law, particularly in their cross-border and international dimensions. Maître BOURNONVILLE is fluent in German, French, Dutch, Spanish and English.

Maître FELISMA est inscrit au barreau de Luxembourg depuis septembre 2023. Avant de rejoindre le cabinet Martin & Condrotte, Maitre FELISMA a travaillé pour des cabinets réputés au Luxembourg en Contentieux commercial et en Régulation financière. Avant de devenir avocat, Maitre FELISMA a travaillé pour le Ministère français de l'Economie et des Finances comme Juriste Contentieux fiscal au sein de la Direction des Impôts des Non-Résidents (DINR/DGFIP). Il est diplômé du Master 2 Droit Comparé de l’Université Paris 2 Panthéon Assas, ainsi que d’un LLM in Financial regulation & Capital Markets de l'Université de l'Indiana. Passionné par les problématiques relatives au commerce international, Maitre FELISMA intervient en contentieux des affaires des affaires, civil, fiscal, ainsi qu’en droit pénal des affaires. Maitre FELISMA parle couramment l'Anglais et le Français et maitrise l'Espagnol.
Me Mathias CARPENTIER

Maître Mathias Carpentier est inscrit au barreau de Luxembourg depuis septembre 2023 et a travaillé comme Associate au sein du département ‘Funds & Investment Management’ chez Clifford Chance. Avant de devenir avocat, il effectué plusieurs stages en France, notamment au Sénat et l’Assemblée Nationale. Diplômé en Droit Bancaire & Financier Européen de l’université du Luxembourg, spécialisé en droit international des affaires et en droit économique européen, Mathias Carpentier est passionné par les problématiques relatives au droit européen. De plus, il a obtenu – outre le Master Gouvernance Européenne de Sciences Po Grenoble – un diplôme universitaire en criminologie à l’Université Paris 8. Il est également détenteur d’un LL.M en droit public allemand de l’Universität des Saarlandes. Maître Carpentier maîtrise le français, l’allemand et l’anglais.
Me Roy NATHAN
Maître Roy Nathan holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Aix-Marseille and an LLM from the London School of Economics (LSE). A member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1984, he brings nearly 40 years of experience in Luxembourg law.
After working for more than 10 years as an associate in several prestigious law firms, he became a partner at Nathan & Noesen, where he served for 20 years. In 2015, he founded his own law firm and, in 2018, partnered with Maître Aline Condrotte, thereby strengthening the team’s multidisciplinary expertise.
With his extensive and diverse experience, Maître Nathan is a recognized expert in civil and business litigation. His areas of specialization include civil liability, construction law, insurance, civil and commercial litigation, as well as criminal law.

Me Mohamed QADAOUI

Maître Mohamed Qadaoui is a lawyer at the Court, registered with the Luxembourg Bar since March 2021. Specializing in business law, he mainly practices in commercial law, construction law, and civil law, both in pre-litigation and litigation phases, with a particular focus on civil and commercial disputes. He also provides legal advice in family law and criminal law. He holds an LL.M. in Business Law – Arab Worlds and Middle East (Hamad Bin Khalifa University – Paris Sorbonne), a diploma in Sports Law (University of Burgundy), and a Master’s degree in Business Law (University of Montpellier). Maître Qadaoui speaks French, English, and Arabic.

Léa CILAS is a legal advisor within our team. She holds a law degree from the University of Metz, complemented by a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Labor Law, with a specialization in corporate legal advisory. Thanks to her strong academic background, she provides sharp legal expertise, particularly in labor law and artificial intelligence. Before joining us, Léa CILAS also worked in the Knowledge Department of a major international law firm in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Her thoroughness and ability to provide tailored legal solutions make her a key asset in effectively supporting our clients' needs. Léa CILAS is fluent in French and English.
