Me Sabrina MARTIN
Maître Sabrina MARTIN is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Strasbourg. Before founding, alongside Maître Aline CONDROTTE, the firm MARTIN-CONDROTTE Avocats à la Cour, Ms. MARTIN was a Partner in the international law firm Loyens & Loeff in Luxembourg, more specifically in the “Litigation and Risk Management” department (ranked Legal500 / Employment category).
Maître MARTIN led the team responsible for issues related to labor law as well as aspects of social law, and focused on international litigation, contract law, personal data protection and information and new technology law.
She has over 28 years of experience advising clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation matters. She also advises and assists clients in dispute resolution, employment law, real estate and construction law, with a particular focus on start-ups and legal issues related to new technologies.
Sabrina MARTIN developed the first Legal Tech in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in 2017 (online legal advice platform www.mlonline.lu) to meet the needs of start-ups and encourage innovation.
She was a member of the Council of the Luxembourg Bar Association from September 2020 to September 2024 and is currently an expert for the Luxembourg Bar within the IT Law Committee of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), as well as within the Luxembourg Institute for Standardization, Accreditation, Safety and Quality of Products and Services (ILNAS) in the AI Committee.

Me Aline CONDROTTE
Maître CONDROTTE is a lawyer at the Court, holding a Master's degree in European law and an LLM in European and international tax law from the University of Luxembourg. She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
She joined the Roy NATHAN firm in 2016 before managing the NATHAN & CONDROTTE firm from 2018 to September 2024. She worked for several years in the tax law/corporate law department of a large, renowned Luxembourg business firm before devoting herself fully to business litigation.
His experience in business law gives him expertise in civil litigation, business litigation and corporate law. His preferred areas of expertise are: civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, tax litigation, as well as real estate and construction law.
Maître Aline CONDROTTE is also a sworn expert, business conciliator and legal representative with the Court of Appeal, and acts as legal representative or advisor for companies in difficulty.
She was a member of the Council of the Luxembourg Bar Association from September 2020 to September 2024. She is the representative of the Luxembourg Bar Association to the European Bar Observatory and a member of the Bar Association's social unit commission.
She is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association (LILLA).

Me Serkan SERBEST
Maître SERBEST is a lawyer at the Court. Before joining MARTIN CONDROTTE, Maître Serkan SERBEST was a partner in a Luxembourg law firm.
Holder of a Master II in public business law from the University of Strasbourg, as well as a Master II in economic and regulatory law in Europe from Sciences Po, he has also completed several internships abroad, notably at the European Court of Human Rights.
He specializes in real estate law, labor law and commercial law.
He assists a national and international clientele, both in advice and litigation, striving to find pragmatic and effective solutions.
His entrepreneurial spirit allows him to understand the expectations of entrepreneurs and offer them solutions adapted to their needs. Before devoting himself to the legal profession, he managed a construction company for several years.
Master Serkan SERBEST is fluent in French, English and Turkish.

Me Mamadou Bobo BALDE
Maître Mamadou Bobo BALDE has been practicing as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar since 2023. He worked as a litigation lawyer at the Nathan & Condrotte firm.
Maître BALDE holds a Master 1 in corporate law, a Master 2 in European business law and a university diploma in intellectual property law.
With his experience, particularly within the Isard Avocats-Conseil firm in Metz, the Nancy Commercial Court registry and within the Nathan & Condrotte firm in Luxembourg, Maître BALDE intervenes in various disputes.
His preferred subjects are: real estate and construction law, labor law, civil and commercial litigation and corporate law.
Beyond his mother tongue, which is French, Maître BALDE is fluent in English and Peulh.

Me Emma DOMINGUES
Maître DOMINGUES has been practicing as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar since September 2024.
With a background in business law and a Master's degree in intellectual property and information technology law from the University of Nancy, Maître Emma DOMINGUES has accumulated significant experience within a leading Dutch network firm, where she put her expertise in litigation to good use.
Before becoming a lawyer, she completed various internships in Luxembourg and international firms.
Maître DOMINGUES intervenes in various disputes, notably in new technology law, civil and commercial law, corporate law, as well as bankruptcy and liquidation law.
With solid and varied experience, she uses her legal skills to resolve complex issues.
Master DOMINGUES is bilingual in French and Portuguese and is fluent in English.

Maître CONRARDY is a lawyer at the Court, he took the oath in 2013 and has more than 10 years of experience within the Luxembourg Bar.
He worked in a large Luxembourg bank as well as in several Luxembourg law firms.
With solid and varied experience, he uses his legal skills to resolve complex issues.
He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, debt collection, law of obligations and civil liability, as well as real estate and construction law.
He holds a master's degree in private law and criminal sciences from the University of Aix-Marseille.
Master Jérôme CONRARDY is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English.

Me Nicolas BOURNONVILLE
Maître BOURNONVILLE has been practicing as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar since 2023 and worked as an Associate in the “Litigation and Risk Management” department of the law firm Loyens & Loeff, under the direction of Maître Sabrina Martin.
Passionate about European issues, Maître BOURNONVILLE holds an LLM in international business law from the Europa-Institut in Saarbrücken, as well as a Master 2 in comparative law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. He also holds a double degree in Franco-German law awarded by the University of Strasbourg in partnership with the Universität des Saarlandes.
Before becoming a lawyer, he completed an internship at the European Parliament and worked for two years as a lawyer-linguist at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Maître BOURNONVILLE intervenes in various disputes such as labor, civil, commercial and criminal law, particularly in their cross-border and international dimensions.

Maître FELISMA has been registered with the Luxembourg bar since September 2023.
Before joining the Martin & Condrotte firm, Maitre FELISMA worked for renowned firms in Luxembourg in commercial litigation and financial regulation.
Before becoming a lawyer, Maître FELISMA worked for the French Ministry of Economy and Finance as a Tax Litigation Lawyer within the Non-Resident Tax Directorate (DINR/DGFIP).
He holds a Master 2 in Comparative Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas, as well as an LLM in Financial Regulation & Capital Markets from Indiana University.
Passionate about issues relating to international trade, Maître FELISMA intervenes in business, civil and tax litigation, as well as in business criminal law.
Master FELISMA speaks fluent English and French and is proficient in Spanish.

Me Roy NATHAN
Maître Roy Nathan holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Aix-Marseille and an LLM from the London School of Economics (LSE). A member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1984, he brings nearly 40 years of experience in Luxembourg law.

After working for more than 10 years as an associate in several prestigious law firms, he became a partner at Nathan & Noesen, where he served for 20 years. In 2015, he founded his own law firm and, in 2018, partnered with Maître Aline Condrotte, thereby strengthening the team’s multidisciplinary expertise.

With his extensive and diverse experience, Maître Nathan is a recognized expert in civil and business litigation. His areas of specialization include civil liability, construction law, insurance, civil and commercial litigation, as well as criminal law.
